Overview

This course introduces students to the world of robotics, programming, and smart technology through the micro:bit platform. Students learn how computers receive inputs, process information, and create outputs by building interactive projects using LEDs, buttons, sensors, and simple electronic components. Through hands-on activities, students develop foundational computational thinking skills such as sequencing, problem-solving, testing, and debugging. They explore how to create simple automated systems, from controlling lights and games to designing sensor-based projects, while building confidence in programming and creative engineering. By the end of the course, students will be able to design, program, test, and present their own micro:bit creations.
