The Grade 2 WeDo Robotics course introduces students to robotics and programming through hands-on building, testing, and experimentation. Students will build a race car, program its movement, and test how different motor power levels affect its speed. Through a series of engaging projects, students explore motors, sensors, mechanisms, variables, and problem-solving while developing computational thinking skills through testing, comparison, and design challenges. Students learn how engineers create, improve, and evaluate robotic solutions through continuous exploration and practice.
